How to keep your Windows computer virus free is:
1) Update to windows XP service pack 2.
2) Set your computer to automatically install all updates that Microsoft provides.
3) Run an Anti-Virus program. A really good free one is AVG.
4) Use a good firewall program such as ZONE ALARM (Also Free).
5) Practice SAFE COMPUTING (Yep, free again).
