Subscribe to the Podcast
While there are many programs capable of managing and downloading podcasts, iTunes is the most widely used. The following are instructions on how to subscribe to my podcast with iTunes.
1) Open iTunes.
2) Click the “Advanced” menu.
3) Select “Subscribe to Podcast…”
4) Type or copy and paste the following text in to the window that just opened for you:
http://praguetech.com/?feed=rss2
5) Click OK.
At this point you can go to the left hand “Source” column of iTunes, click “Podcasts”, and look for the listing of “Ken’s Travels”. Click the disclosure triangle so that it points down. Then click “GET” for any podcast that interests you. It will then download to your computer. When it is done the podcast will have a blue dot to the right of it indicating that it is ready to be listened to for the first time. Then just double click the podcast to start it playing.

Here’s what the podcasts look like in iTunes.
While I am getting these pictures and this procedure from my Macintosh running OS X 10.4.3, I believe the procedure is very similar if not the same on the Windows version of iTunes.
